MagikNET EURL, DBA Wallpaper4Mobile.com ("we" or "us") agrees to provide services to customer(s) (the "Client(s)" or "you") and accept payments from them, subject to the following Refund Policy. Unless otherwise stated, all payments to MagikNET EURL are non-refundable. You may however, request a refund at those sole and exclusive conditions stated below. We may issue refunds at our sole discretion.
1. NO DOWNLOAD(s) DURING THE VALIDITY OF THE ACCOUNT. If you have registered and paid an access with us, but you have never downloaded any private content through our online (WWW and WAP) services during the validity period of your access, you may ask us a refund. Please note we will review the server logs / tracking systems. If we find a single server hit to the private content directory, no refund will be issued.
2. FAILURE FROM US TO COMPLY WITH YOUR MOBILE PHONE SCREEN SIZE REQUIREMENTS. At our sole discretion, and after contacting our customer support for help concerning the issue, as well as providing all information required by us, you cannot be delivered with the wallpaper content adapted to your mobile device screen size within a reasonable time (usually within the time lapse of your access), we may issue a refund to you. We will honor only honest requests.
